About Talking Tua

Talking Tua is a 3D companion that listens and talks back. Tap Talk and speak: Tua waits for you to pause, then repeats you in one of four silly voices (squeaky, chipmunk-fast, a two-Tua duet or an echo) while it bounces and sways with every syllable. Poke its head, belly, hands or feet for different reactions, rub back and forth to tickle it, swipe fast for a play fight or tap the floor to send it walking. Feed it fruit and it chews bite by bite (and sometimes burps), make it toot or sneeze, or throw a dance party on a light-up floor. Left alone, Tua waves for attention and then dozes off. Your voice stays on your device.

How to play

1. 1Press Start Game or tap Tua to begin
2. 2Allow the microphone, then speak and pause: Tua repeats you (there are no buttons)
3. 3Poke Tua's head, belly, hands or feet; three quick head taps knock it over
4. 4Tap Tua's nose to make it sneeze, or poke its belly twice to make it toot
5. 5Rub back and forth to tickle, swipe fast for a play fight or long-press for a dance party
6. 6Tap the fruit bowl and drag the fruit to Tua's mouth
7. 7Tap the floor to send Tua walking, drag beside Tua to turn it and pinch to zoom

Tips & strategies

• Speak clearly, then pause: Tua waits until you have finished
• Feed Tua four fruits in a row and see what happens
• Leave Tua alone for a while, then tap it to wake it up
• Press Stop when you're done: the microphone is released at once
